By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing any part of the QuasiBanking Classes platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

QuasiBanking Classes provides an online banking exam preparation platform offering:

• Video-based course content and live classes for banking exams (SBI, IBPS, RBI, RRB)
• Mock tests, practice sets, and performance analytics via our third-party partner (Appx)
• Current affairs updates, study materials, and PDF resources
• Interview and Group Discussion preparation modules
• Notifications and exam alerts relevant to banking aspirants

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of significant changes.

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account using a valid email address and password via Firebase Authentication.

QuasiBanking Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are found sharing access with unauthorized users.

All course enrollments and payments are processed through Appx, our authorized course delivery and payment partner. By enrolling in a course, you agree to Appx's terms and payment policies in addition to ours.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation
• Access duration varies by course — details are specified on each course page
• QuasiBanking Classes does not guarantee selection in any exam upon course completion
• Batch timings, faculty, and content may be updated to improve quality

All content on the QuasiBanking Classes platform — including but not limited to course videos, study materials, PDF notes, mock test questions, graphics, logos, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of QuasiBanking Classes or its licensed partners.

• Screen recording or downloading of video content is strictly prohibited
• Sharing of login credentials or course materials in any WhatsApp group, Telegram channel, or online platform is a violation
• PDF notes and study materials are for personal use only
• Mock test questions may not be reproduced or shared in any form

While using the QuasiBanking Classes platform, you agree NOT to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its servers
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code to the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data
• Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform performance
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any platform content

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

QuasiBanking Classes integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its platform:

• Appx — Course delivery, mock tests, and payment processing
• Firebase (Google) — User authentication and data storage
• EmailJS — Contact form and lead routing
• Google Analytics — Anonymous usage tracking
• WhatsApp Business — Student communication and support

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

QuasiBanking Classes provides its platform and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• We do not guarantee selection, rank, or success in any banking examination
• Course content is designed to aid preparation but does not constitute a promise of results
• Exam notifications and current affairs are provided for informational purposes; always verify with official sources (IBPS, SBI, RBI websites)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuasiBanking Classes and its management, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Any errors or omissions in course content or study materials
• Actions or failures of third-party service providers (Appx, Firebase, etc.)
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.

QuasiBanking Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Sharing account credentials or course content with unauthorized parties
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Conduct harmful to other users or to QuasiBanking Classes

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We encourage users to first attempt to resolve any disputes through direct communication with our support team before pursuing legal remedies.
