- Courses enrolled in and completion progress
- Mock test scores, accuracy, and attempt history
- Study streaks and daily activity logs
- Pages visited and time spent on platform
- Device type, browser, and IP address
Payment Information
- Transaction reference IDs
- Course purchased and amount paid
- Payment method type (UPI, card, net banking)
Note: We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. All payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Appx). Please refer to their privacy policy for payment data handling.
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve our platform and communicate with you. Specifically:
- To create and manage your student account
- To process course enrollments and provide access to purchased content
- To display your progress, mock test scores, and performance analytics on your dashboard
- To send you important updates: exam notifications, batch schedules, and current affairs
- To respond to your support queries and enrollment inquiries
- To send promotional offers via WhatsApp or email (you may opt out at any time)
- To improve our content, mock tests, and user experience based on usage patterns
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Our platform integrates with the following third-party services to deliver core functionality. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices:
Integrated Services
- Appx Platform — Course delivery, video lessons, and mock test engine. When you click course or mock test links, you are redirected to Appx's platform and their privacy policy applies.
- Firebase (Google) — User authentication, account management, and real-time database for your student dashboard.
- WhatsApp Business — Optional communication channel for enrollment queries and support.
- YouTube — Embedded free content and demo videos linked from our platform.
- Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics to understand how students use the platform.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
All course purchases and fee payments on QuasiBanking are processed through Appx, our authorized course delivery and payment partner. QuasiBanking does not directly process or store your payment card information.
We retain records of:
- Which course was purchased and the transaction date
- Transaction reference ID (for support purposes)
- Enrollment status linked to your account
For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us directly.
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure), which provides industry-standard security including encryption at rest and in transit.
We take the following measures to protect your information:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages and data transmissions
- Firebase Authentication for secure login (email/password, Google Sign-In)
- Role-based access controls — only authorized staff can access student data
- Regular security reviews of our platform
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users promptly as required by applicable law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your theme preference (dark/light mode), and understand how you use our platform.

QuasiBanking is an exam preparation platform intended for individuals who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at Quasiclasses@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly.
