Our refund policy is handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness to every student.

Important: QuasiBanking Classes does not offer automatic refunds. All refund requests are reviewed individually and decided fairly based on the circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

At QuasiBanking Classes, we are committed to delivering high-quality banking exam preparation. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is warranted, and we handle every such case individually with fairness and transparency.

Our refund policy applies to all course purchases made through our platform or via our authorized payment partner (Appx). Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of QuasiBanking Classes management after reviewing each case.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment
Charged twice for the same course
Technical Failure
Payment deducted but access not granted
Wrong Course
Enrolled in incorrect course by error
Course Cancelled
QuasiBanking cancels or discontinues batch
All eligible refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. We will contact you via your registered email with our decision.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind
No longer wish to prepare for the exam
Course Accessed
Content has been partially or fully viewed
Exam Not Cleared
Not selecting in the exam is not grounds for refund
Late Requests
Requests submitted after 30 days of purchase
Combo Offers
Discounted combo/bundle purchases
Mock Test Packs
Once mock test access is activated

How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, follow these steps:

Send an email to Quasiclasses@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]"

Include Required Details
Registered email address, course name, date of purchase, transaction/order ID, and reason for refund request.

Attach Proof (if applicable)
Screenshot of double charge, failed payment confirmation, or any relevant proof to support your request.

Wait for Review
Our team will review your case and respond within 5–7 business days with a decision or request for more information.
You can also reach us via WhatsApp at +91 85209 29943 for faster communication. However, a formal email is required to initiate any refund process.

Review Process

Every refund request goes through the following review process:

QuasiBanking Classes reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet our policy criteria. Our decision in all refund matters is final.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited as follows:

Expected Credit Time
  • UPI / Net Banking — 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card — 5 to 7 business days
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) — 2 to 3 business days

Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. QuasiBanking Classes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, QuasiBanking Classes may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply when:

The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the course and communicated to the student prior to processing.
